How to participate:
Sign up at www.12storeez.com or www.en.12storeez.com. Those users who already have accounts automatically become members of the Program, of which they will be notified by email reserving the right to decline the membership. The Member holds responsibility for any negative outcomes connected to presenting false data.
For a purchase made on 12storeez.com, or in any of our retail stores, you will be credited 3 Points for every 100 rubles spent on your purchase, excluding the cost of delivery.
You can redeem 1 point for 1 ruble. You can pay for up to 50% of your purchase with bonus points at checkout. The bonus point program doesn’t cover the delivery cost. The other 50% percent can be payed for in any convenient way: online or upon delivery (in case of ordering online) and in cash or by card (buying in store).
All points accumulated and not used will be stored in your account. If you want to check your Bonus Points balance, please log into your 12Storeez account and view the details on ‘Bonus Point program’.
In case of a return (the Customer is entitled to cancel his/her order any time prior to delivery, or start the return within 7* days after receiving an online order and within 14 days after buying offline), you will be refunded the part you paid for (in cash or by card online) according to our Return Policy**. The bonus points will not be credited back to your account.
How to earn Bonus Points:
- At checkout, before you pay for your purchase, give our sales people your phone number. Bonus points will be credited directly to your account.

- Online on placing an order on 12Storeez.com with an active promo code
- Online participating in a survey
Bonus points will be credited in 14 days after receiving the goods.
12Storeez reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Program without prior notice.
How to Redeem Bonus Points
The points will be withdrawn from your account at the moment of purchase.
- In all of our retail stores at checkout you will be asked for your mobile phone number before you pay for your purchase. You will receive a verification code via text that will be required to complete the successful registration in the program.
- When placing an order on our website, select an option to ‘Pay with my points’ to pay for up to 50% of your purchase with bonus points.
Bonus points cannot be exchanged or transferred for cash.
In case of choosing a wire transfer as the preferred method of payment, bonus points will not be credited to your account.
Members shall not attempt to give or sell bonus points to other Members or third parties.
From the moment of registration, the Program Member is in charge of keeping his/her personal information updated (i.e. e-mail, phone number and the like) at www.12storeez.com and www.en.12storeez.com.
