How to Buy

1. Select a category using the top menu.
2. Click on the article of interest and you will see its different views, as well as its name, article number, composition, available sizes and price.
3. Select the colour and size you need and click on the "Add to basket" button for this to be included in your order. Continue shopping or proceed to the check out.
4. If you want to keep shopping – return to Step 3; if you are checking out – sign up as a user or place your order as a guest.
5. Click on the “Confirm” button after you have entered the details correctly.
6. Choose how you want to receive your order – you can pick it up at our stores (see the Delivery section for the addresses and more details) or the order can be delivered by courier. Enter your address. You can also look for information on the time and cost of delivery in the “Delivery” section (it's also available in the pop-up message on the order page).
7. Double check the details entered.
8. Click on the “Check out” button and you will be automatically transferred to the payment page. Find more details in the “Payment” section.
9. After the payment goes through, our team will get in contact with you to confirm your order.
10. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

To expand the range on the site, in the test run, the ability to place an online order for goods from the show-room in Moscow is implemented. When placing an online order with the movement, the goods will be sent for the order, after confirming the availability of the model. A confirmation or cancellation letter will be sent to your e-mail within an hour after sending the request to the store. If the order is made after 9pm Moscow time, a confirmation letter will be sent to your e-mail the next day after 10 am. 

delivery by courier (there is no possibility of urgent delivery, boxberry and pickup from the store)
* delivery time increased by 1 day to move the goods from the retail store to the warehouse

* when placing an order for goods located in a retail store, for technical reasons, there is no possibility of using bonus points or promotional codes. (bonus points are accumulated in accordance with the specified rules of the loyalty program).

• after ordering there is no possibility to change the composition of the order
• for technical reasons, it is not possible to add several identical models (the same size and color) to the order, if the store has a smaller amount of goods.
