Leather Glove Care Guide

For our gloves, we use specially tanned leather that's soft, thin, yet durable and supple. To ensure they last as long as possible, follow these simple care tips.

  • Leather must be protected from moisture. Do not wash or steam the gloves.
  • If the gloves get wet, gently pull them by the fingers to smooth out the leather, then lay them on a clean, dry towel and dry them in a ventilated area away from heating devices.
  • Protect the gloves from contact with cosmetics, creams, and rough objects. Avoid using glycerin as it can leave stains on the leather.
  • To clean the gloves and restore the leather's smoothness and softness, seek a specialised dry cleaner or workshop.
  • For minor stains, baby powder with talc can be effective: apply it to the affected area and leave for 2–3 hours or overnight, then wipe off with a clean, dry cloth.
  • At the end of the season, condition the gloves with leather care products containing wax. To prevent fading, store them in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
